The Parish Church of
Saint Mary and All Saints, Whalley
Whalley Bells and Bell Ringing
Whalley Parish Church is home to 8 bells with a tenor weight of 21cwt and re-cast by Taylors of Loughborough in 1924.
As an active band, we regularly ring for Sunday services and Tuesday evening practices.
We are a friendly group and welcome all visiting ringers, others who are just interested or wish to have a go at the art of English Church Bellringing to our practice night on Tuesday evenings. Please check that we are practicing though before coming along as numbers are short at the moment; see contact details below for confirmation.
After practice night ringing we are usually found at the The Dog Inn for a pint and a good natter. Bell ringing is thirsty work !
