Jonathan grew up in Ramsbottom and was ordained as a Priest in Manchester Diocese in 1989. He has ministered to parishes in Horwich, Edgeside and also at Astley where he was recently Team Rector in the Benefice of Astley, Tyldesley and Mosley Common. From 2012 he has been Area Dean of Leigh. He is married to Revd. Kathryn.
